Cooking Class

4:00pm - 6:00pm, Mar 27

The cooking participation class is two hours of hands-on cooking with a CIA chef instructor. The meal prepared will be served buffet style for all the participants to enjoy and includes wine service.

The menu is “Farm to Table,” which features seasonal produce, meat, and seafood.

Led by CIA certified instructor. Come learn the rich history of the Napa Valley wine industry as we taste our way through the wines of notable pioneers, made in diverse soils, and unique micro-climates. We'll discuss the winemaking challenges that have occurred along the way-phylloxera, prohibition, Pinot Noir-and the game-changing events that have shaped one of the most influential wine regions in the world.
