The cooking participation class is two hours of hands-on cooking with a CIA chef instructor. The meal prepared will be served buffet style for all the participants to enjoy and includes wine service.

The menu is “Farm to Table,” which features seasonal produce, meat, and seafood.

The group is divided into teams with each team preparing different recipes with the guidance of the Chef Instructor.
