International executive and leader with passion for people and their development. Focused on leadership, social collaboration, diversity and INCLUSION as well as strategy. Critical experience in key business functions; financial (reporting, controlling, business planning), acquisitions, divestitures, IT, marketing and strategic ventures. Major accomplishments include defining, structuring and establishing new global organizations in my current and past positions. In 2015 led the successful carve-out activities for all of IT on a global level in order to establish a new and very reliable IT landscape for Covestro. Instrumental in the launch of several global tools which serve as platforms for maintaining and further optimizing global business processes - all receiving high recommendations and recognition for deployment of global business processes and applications / systems but most importantly, the creation of a strong collaborative team.
