Rosa Hu is passionate about helping companies deliver great customer experiences. As Customer Officer to the President of SAP Customer Experience (CX), Rosa strategizes and executes executive relationships with SAP CX customers worldwide.

In her previous role as Head of Solution Marketing for the Executive Audience at SAP CX she helped business leaders find new strategies for engaging customers and simplifying their business operations with the SAP CX portfolio.  

Prior to joining SAP, she led marketing for SeeWhy, a firm specializing in remarketing technology. Rosa graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology and Economics from Wellesley College, and enjoys exploring the hidden secrets of New York City in her free time.
