As Executive Business Assistant to the President of SAP Customer Experience, Vivien is responsible for preparing and organizing internal as well as external meetings, managing and supporting strategic and operational projects, as well as monitoring their execution. Vivien joined SAP CX in January 2020 after completing her master’s degree in Global Management at Antwerp Management School, in Antwerp, Belgium. Her master thesis centered around “Opportunities for German Companies in the context of the Chinese “Digital Silk Road” by the example of SAP China in the Chinese logistics and transportation sector” and was written during her time as an intern at SAP.
