In 2020 I founded TPG Solutions, LLC to help Businesses who were struggling with the effects of the pandemic. Our focus is on Retail – Planning, Pricing, BI & Analytics, and customer advocacy when implementing new solutions and tools. Previously, in my pivotal role at MGM Resorts, I developed an innovative Business Intelligence model to support improved decision making across the entire retail enterprise – from buyers, to accounting and finance, to executive leadership. My contributions have optimized operations within MGM’s vast retail enterprise comprising approximately 150 retail outlets. I have 18 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including my previous position as Merchandise Planning Manager with Caesar’s Entertainment, and 25 years’ experience in the retail sector, crafting strategies to mine data and apply analytics to ensure the right merchandise is offered at the right price to consumers with varying demographics and demands.

My experiences in collaborating with cross-functional teams ensures synchronicity across all areas of retail operations, including merchandise planning, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse management, store management, forecasting and trend analysis as well as Corporate and property IT teams.
