Muhammad leads product management and product development across all Dynamics 365 applications. Dynamics 365 applications provide an unparalleled set of end to end, intelligent, SaaS applications covering both deep Customer Engagement (also known as CRM) and Operations (also known as ERP) business processes.

Dynamics 365 applications include a set of core applications + data-first, AI-infused & mixed reality applications, designed to help our customers digitally transform their customer engagement and operations.

Prior to his current role, Muhammad ran the Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture team across both Customer Engagement and Operations applications; led the formation and growth of the Dynamics 365 FastTrack organization within engineering; and ran the Americas Microsoft Consulting Services organization focused on delivering some of the largest, most complex Dynamics implementations in the US, Canada and LATAM region.
