Meghann Minton is Vice President of Dental and Vision Benefit Operations for United Healthcare. She is passionate about flawless customer experiences and cultivating company culture and leadership development to find innovative ways to bring Dental and Vision care into individual healthcare plans and create the workforce of the future.
Meghann joined United Healthcare in 2010 and spent most of her career in Employer and Individual Claims where she was responsible for leading large claims operations, driving automation strategy, and managing global operations. Prior to United Healthcare she had roles both in government benefits consulting and property and casualty insurance.
Meghann earned a B.S. in Communication Studies from Portland State University and a Health Care MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She lives in Detroit, Michigan with her partner Edwin, and her two dogs.
