Janet most recently was Vice President of Global Quality for Marriott International where she led CX Improvement Strategy for their eight Luxury Brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis and W Hotels.  She started her career with The Ritz-Carlton and learned first-hand the power of culture.  After over thirty years, Janet made an inspired decision to move her career to private practice and help organizations ignite the formula of heart and science.
