Andrea Chin is currently Executive Director, PMO Lead for GTI (Global Technology Infrastructure). She is responsible for all the Infrastructure and Security projects which are foundational and core for GIS (Global Information Services). Her daily responsibilities include overseeing the outsourced global Project Management team and ensuring that the project Book of Work remains on time and on budget for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (ELC).
She is a dynamic professional with a proven track record in execution and driving results. She leads and grows high impact teams through collaboration and ongoing relationship building and networking.
Prior to her current role at ELC, she held various positions over an 11+ year period at Citigroup working across many different consumer functions and also in Singapore (2012-2013). Andrea is passionate about “Disruptive Technology” and led the efforts for Citibank in the mobile payments space with the launch of Google Wallet in the US (which included the NFC technology in major retailers).
Prior to joining Citigroup, she worked in San Francisco at a mobile start-up Telephia (sold to Nielsen Mobile). Andrea also has experience in the CPG industry (brand marketing) working at IRI/The Clorox Co. in Oakland, CA.
Andrea graduated from Boston University – School of Management with a BSBA in Marketing.
She resides in Oyster Bay, NY with her 11 year old daughter and is an active board member of Creative Art Works (NYC) and involved in her church’s children’s ministry.
