Charlie Sung Shin currently works at Major League Soccer and Soccer United Marketing. He is responsible for development of CRM and Fan Engagement strategy for the League. In addition, he oversees the planning and purchasing of paid media advertisement in coordination with owned and earned media.

He has an extensive experience in CRM strategy, CRM solution, Loyalty program, DB marketing, media buy, grassroots marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, consumer research, customer data analysis, TV ratings, etc. within the world of professional sports industry.

In addition, he was an Adjunct Professor at NYU Sports Business graduate program teaching 'Sports Database Marketing and Distribution Channel'.

Prior to working in sports industry, he was a business consultant for global consulting firm specializing in CRM(Customer Relationship Management) strategy, new business development, and market research strategy.
