My Academy role is Chief Experience Officer, I lead a team to define and deliver a purpose-aligned experience throughout the audience journey. This includes the global digital experience as well as our built, produced, and people-powered museum experience.

I am responsible for the Aquarium, the Planetarium and Natural history museum exhibitions as well as Brand, product and channel Marketing, Communications, and Sales/Business Development.  All together these functions help deliver on our Purpose as well as Earned Revenue.  

My background is in growing consumer brands through marketing, sales and operation leadership in hospitality, financial services, technology and package goods organizations.
