Christopher’s broad career background spans from hospitality, project management, sales and customer experience, data analytics and supply chain. Through each of these stops, he has kept the people journey at the center and drove innovation around the goal to remove friction points from their experience. Here at woom, we are on a mission to empower children to love riding their bike and this all starts with our customers and our woomsters. In his new role, Christopher will lead the effort to tell the story through VOC data analysis and reporting, conduct root cause analysis, and drive key opportunities for improvement. With full cross-function team contribution, this will allow us to hear our people better (both internal and external) and untimely serve them better.
