April is Executive Director of Global Experience Design at Ingram Micro, where she leads a team of CX and UX experts to craft holistic and frictionless experiences that span the entire customer journey. Bringing over her expertise in design leadership from companies such as Google and SAP, she's now spearheading mission-critical initiatives at Ingram that focus on building more profound,  meaningful, and sustainable relationships with customers and helping them to succeed in today's rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
