Sathish is an innovative Digital and Technology leader with a proven track record of modernizing processes, teams and technology resulting in transformative business outcomes across multiple companies. He has a diverse background with experience in e-commerce, financial services, airline operations, reservations, and inventory management. He also has supply chain and manufacturing experience along with extensive knowledge in hands on digital transformation.

From starting his career as a hands-on mainframe assembly language programmer with Singapore Airlines, Sathish progressively grew to leading digital capabilities across all business lines globally for American Express. His deep, broad technical and business acumen coupled with passionate leadership has helped drive enterprise scale transformation multiple times. He successfully seeds broad scale innovation and delivers through high performing and supremely motivated teams.

He is currently leading Digital Transformation for the Aerospace business at Honeywell. Recently, he successfully transformed the used serviceable airline parts into a digital business by creating a marketplace powered by block chain technology. He is also leading the delivery transformation of Honeywell AERO's 10,000 plus engineering organization.

Sathish was one of the pioneers of AXP’s digital transformation. He led the launch of several unique, industry-first, ground breaking digital products enabling strategic partnerships with foursquare, facebook, twitter, XBOX, Apple, Samsung and TripAdvisor. He led the development and launch of key AXP network platforms such as Card SYNC, Smart Offers and Tweet2buy leading the American Express journey from payments to commerce. Sathish’s team launched the ability for AXP Card Members to Pay with Points in NY city taxicabs, from within the UBER app, at McDonald’s restaurants and several online retailers such as BestBuy.

Sathish’s experience in several technology leadership positions with Honeywell, American Express, United & Singapore Airlines has led to over 25 filed patents in the manufacturing, payments and digital technology space.
