Rafeh Masood was named Bed Bath & Beyond Inc.’s first Chief Customer Officer in November 2021, overseeing brand positioning, marketing and end-to-end customer experience, from e-commerce and user experience to customer support. 

Mr. Masood first joined the Company as Chief Digital Officer in May 2020 to further develop its vision for both e-commerce and omni-channel efforts. He was previously Chief Digital Officer at BJ’s Wholesale Club.

Prior to BJ's, he was Vice President, Customer Innovation Technology at Dick's Sporting Goods, and Vice President, Integrated Retail Solutions and Technology at Sears Holdings. RIS magazine named Masood as one of the "Top 10 Movers and Shakers" in retail in 2017 and a "Pacesetter" in retail technology in 2012.

Mr. Masood received his undergraduate degree in Information Systems and MBA from DePaul University.
