As the Head of Digital Channels, Kirstan holds a pivotal role in shaping the digital journeys of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking clients. She is responsible for leading the Wells Fargo VantageSM web and mobile platforms and driving innovation in key areas such as payments, capital markets, insights, and lending. Her team is responsible for designing and developing core customer journeys to make a best-in-class digital experience for our clients.

Kirstan is a senior product executive with extensive experience in product management and marketing having served Consumer and Corporate banking sectors internationally across various countries. Her expertise lies in product strategy and development, bringing to life compelling customer-centric experiences.

 

Kirstan has successfully led the creation and launch of several groundbreaking products that have received industry recognition including American Express Pay It Plan It®, American Express AccessLineTM, and Chase Bank Pay in 4SM.

 

Originally hailing from New Zealand, she has lived and worked in various vibrant financial hubs, including Sydney, Australia, and New York, and now resides in Dallas, Texas.
