Jonathan Ruchman joined Brookdale Senior Living in January, 2014. His second week on the job, Jonathan spent one week living in a Brookdale community in order to fully understand the senior living customer experience. By the end of the week, he had 100 Grandmas and Grandpas who didn’t want him to leave!

Jonathan is responsible for leading Brookdale’s overall customer experience program, with a focus on resident and family satisfaction. In addition, Jonathan also leads Brookdale’s National Customer Relations Team, Operations Standards Committee, and in 2019 started a Resident National Advisory Council (NAC), which won the 2022 Best of the Best Award from Argentum.

Jonathan brings more than 25 years of experience in brand marketing and customer experience to Brookdale. This includes account management positions with leading global advertising agencies including Grey Advertising (New York) and Euro RSCG (Chicago). He also spent 12 years with Allstate Insurance Company in key national and regional marketing positions.
