I’m a people-first person, whether it’s employees or customers. I've always been curious about why people do what they do, what makes them "tick" and ways to help them solve problems. I ask a lot of questions and love to find a better way to get from point A to B.

In my current role as B2B Director Customer Experience, I can put those skills to use and better understand the customer journey to improve their digital interactions with Michelin. From the website to the new portal and the media/content/events they engage with, we are constantly striving to meet them where they are in their quest for information.

I’ve spent nearly all my career in marketing roles which have ranged from promoting the news with Gannett, to live entertainment with the BI-LO Center and influencing tire customers at Michelin. Each role offered me a unique opportunity to become a well-rounded marketer who looks at things from many angles.
