Emily Ketchen, Lenovo’s Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President for the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) and International Sales Organization (ISO), leads a global team developing and driving marketing campaigns, overseeing brand marketing, customer insights and creative direction across all business segments in IDG. Emily is accountable in defining the IDG marketing strategy with key focus on growing the Lenovo brand and driving expansion worldwide. Emily also drives marketing and growth across ISO markets including Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); Asia Pacific; North America; Latin America; and China.

Prior to joining Lenovo, Ketchen held several senior marketing roles, including Head of Marketing, HP Americas for Personal Systems and Marketing Services where Emily held responsibility creating end-to-end marketing programs including marketing strategy and execution spanning Consumer, Commercial, Public Sector and Marketing Services. A versatile senior leader, Emily was tapped to create and lead the global omnichannel go-to-market team. Prior positions at HP include Regional Head of Marketing Services and Personal Systems Marketing for Asia Pacific/Japan, where Emily was based in Singapore and VP of Worldwide Integrated Marketing and Communications.

Over the course of Emily’s 30+ year marketing career, she has held senior roles at Publicis & Hal Riney; Grey San Francisco; Dell; Poppe Tyson/Bozell Advertising; Falcon Cable TV, and Iberia Airlines of Spain.

Emily, who is fluent in Spanish and French, holds a degree in International Relations from Pitzer College, part of the Claremont Colleges, and studied at the University of Paris, Sorbonne and IEP while pursuing her undergraduate degree. She resides in San Francisco with her husband and their two children.
