At Block (fka Square), I'm the COO and co-founder of our 3rd organic business, TBD, an open source developer platform for decentralized finance & identity. Previously, I was responsible for M&A at Square and building new products and businesses for Cash App; I led business / product strategy and directed cross-functional initiatives—to design, launch, and scale new consumer offerings for >80M Cash App customers.

• Prior to Square, I was head of operations on the founding team of an edtech startup that raised >$40 million in venture capital and grew from 3 to 150+ employees prior to exit via acquisition. I launched accredited universities & online learning platforms that were recognized as "Breakthrough Models" by EDUCAUSE / The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and continue to serve students worldwide in earning affordable degrees on a personalized learning platform.

• Started career as a private equity investor and Tech & Healthcare investment banker at Goldman Sachs; worked on M&A deals and helped Fortune 1000 companies raise billions in debt / equity financing. As a private equity investor, evaluated later stage investments (>$100 million control-oriented equity checks) and was involved in the strategy and operations of transforming / scaling portfolio companies.

• Have since advised earlier stage, venture-backed companies. Guided >70 founding teams on growth / business development strategy, fundraising, M&A. Built relationships with leading acquirers to bridge the corporate / startup worlds—helping larger companies navigate opportunities for digital transformation, inorganic growth, and strategic investments.
