I have been lucky enough to work at American Express for over 30 years, in a variety of roles that afforded me the opportunity to gain a deep knowledge and understanding of our customer, which guides every decision I make as Chief Marketing Officer.

The new reality is that the way people choose to earn a living and live their lives are increasingly interconnected. American Express has a unique role to play in supporting people throughout it all, as we ensure we are delivering the best customer experience every day, in moments big and small.
