I currently lead Marketing Operations for Cisco. In my Marketing Technology role, I deliver an end-to-end marketing technology business architecture and capabilities roadmap aligned with Cisco's business outcomes. In my Digital Customer Ops role, I'm accountable for the end-to-end enablement of customer experience from prospecting through nurture, and demand through purchase.

Over the last 20 years at Cisco, my contributions have included leading Partner Revenue Marketing delivering sales qualified pipeline (SQL) globally. I led the Worldwide Commercial Field Marketing team supporting the transition to a partner-led sales and marketing model. I led the Worldwide Partner Acceleration team responsible for the planning and execution of demand generation programs with Cisco's channel partners worldwide. I led the Distribution Accelerated Partner demand generation initiative working with the field to increase sell-through of Cisco products and solutions via Cisco’s 120+ distribution partners worldwide. And I led Cisco’s worldwide Mid-Market Security marketing program to increase awareness and drive demand for Cisco “Self Defending Network” security solutions.
