I serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for FedEx Corporation, a company dedicated to connecting people with possibilities around the globe.

I am also Co-President and Co-CEO for FedEx Services. The driving force behind differentiation for the enterprise, FedEx Services provides strategic and technological support to the FedEx operating companies.

I'm entrusted with making every FedEx experience outstanding and do so by empowering an incredible team of marketing, communications, customer experience, and revenue management team members.

Throughout my more than 20 years with FedEx, I have served in a variety of disciplines in the U.S. and Canada, and I have a great respect for the dedication I’ve seen from our team members and the extraordinary — and extraordinarily complex — work they do every day. Thanks to our chairman, we’ve built a company culture that can’t be replicated, and I’m continually impressed by the way we go beyond every day for one another and for our customers.

Outside of work, my husband, Nick, and I are the proud, busy parents of four children.
