She will examine the interrelationships and requirements needed to effectively navigate digital transformation. The appointment of France reinforces Constellation’s ongoing commitment to providing strategic guidance and practical understanding of what leaders need in this digital age.
With over twenty years of experience as a technology analyst and marketer, France has a unique perspective on both the trends and practicalities around effective customer engagement. She understands the key requirements across industries, such as retail, healthcare, local government, digital cities and energy/utilities, and how those executives need to adapt to the continually evolving environment. Her research and advisory work will cut out the marketing jargon and break down the steps companies should take to make the most out of their investments and stay competitive.
