Will joined The Hanover in 2003 and was promoted to deputy chief information officer in 2020. In this role, he is responsible for delivering and maintaining the strategic applications that support the company’s business operations, its agent partners and its customers across commercial, personal, and specialty lines. Will also manages innovations efforts, monitoring industry trends across the value chain and potential impacts on The Hanover. Will most recently served as chief operating officer of specialty lines. He previously supported the company’s commercial lines business within information technology, led the integration of acquisitions with corporate development and managed the core commercial product group.

Prior to joining The Hanover, Will spent more than 10 years as a consultant in both startups and Fortune 500 companies, covering a broad set of industries including manufacturing, telecom, financial services and pharmaceuticals. In these roles, he focused heavily on business process re-engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
