Raymond Lowe is the SVP/CIO for AltaMed Health Services in Los Angeles, California, which serves over 300,000 people in the Los Angeles and Orange County. He is a highly accomplished, results-oriented healthcare IT leader with proven track record for complex system delivery, technical implementation and operations. He oversees all aspect of IT including strategy, deliver and operations for technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, clinical application, operations and data reporting. For 2019, he recently deployed a custom managed care solution and is also implementing Epic (EHR) system in the summer. As an innovative strategist, he has oversees the organizations digital strategy transformation, real-time data analytics and delivered the technology enablement plan to support the growing AltaMed organization. He has worked at Dignity Health, Providence and Kaiser Permanente and is a graduate from the University of Southern California with MS and BS degrees in engineering.
