The Project
Zoosk was a start-up taking online dating by storm, and rapid company growth saw the site quickly outgrew its free ATS platform. Recognizing the need to ensure company culture by encouraging employees to refer like-minded contacts, Zoosk turned to Jobvite’s complete ATS solution for the social web. Thanks to Jobvite Hire, Zoosk has increased its employee referrals because of its integration with social media.
The Technology
Metrics Matter
In 2011 we received 108 employee referrals. To date in 2012 we’ve received 151 employee referrals. With another 4 months left in the year we know that Jobvite has really helped us increase our referrals.
Disruptive Factor
Zoosk needed to empower the entire company to help grow the team and with Jobvite Hire employees were able to get involved in the recruiting process by sending out Jobvites through their social media networks. Jobvite makes it simple and seamless for our employees to share our jobs. The biggest selling point for Jobvite is its integration with social media – allowing employees to share jobs with the right candidates. With Jobvite, Zoosk will be able to hire up to 50 people this year.
Shining Moment
Zoosk helps create and share meaningful relationships around the globe and as the company continues to grow we have found that Jobvite Hire’s ease of use and efficiency is the perfect match for our company. We want to hire candidates that will have a long-term relationship with Zoosk.
