The majority of her 20-plus-year career has been focused on building and fostering multi-specialty commercial relationships within new and existing markets, pioneering innovative solutions, and carving recognition as a Healthcare Industry Go-To-Market Leader. Most recently, Pratt oversaw the go to market activities and project delivery for KPMG's strategic clients.

Her unique career includes hands-on experience developing and customizing systems from the ground up, providing top-tier support and assistance to all stakeholders – clients, vendors, and users.

As a relentless achiever and a multi-specialty team builder, Janine plays a vital role in defining and executing well-thought-out operational turnaround strategies. This was evident in her development of the first-ever Project Management Office at the University of Miami – Miller School of Medicine.

In previous roles, Pratt was responsible for the GE Centricity Business Implementation as the Interim Director of IT Transformation for the largest Health System in the Northeast, re-engineering complex clinical departments with high patient volumes to successfully adopt an EMR & Revenue Cycle solution.
