Mavi Zingoni
Executive Managing Director of Client and Low-Carbon Generation

María Victoria Zingoni is currently Executive Managing Director of Client and Low-Carbon Generation and member of the Executive Committee. Her responsibilities include managing the renewable electricity generation and low-emissions asset portfolio with the aim to further grow and internationally expand the business. She is also responsible for designing Repsol's multi-energy and mobility offering aimed at comprehensively meeting every mobility and energy need, while also overseeing the Mobility, LPG, Electric Mobility, Power and Gas Commercialization, Energy Solutions, and Lubricants businesses. Since November 2018, she has been Chair of Repsol Electricity and Gas, which has become a leading player in the commercialization and generation of low-carbon electricity in Spain.

Until December 2020, María Victoria Zingoni held the position of Executive Managing Director of Commercial Businesses and Chemicals. Previously, from May 2015 to December 2018, she was Executive Managing Director of Downstream, leading the business' expansion and transformation which culminated in the creation of our electricity business.

She joined Repsol in 1999. After a decade in the Upstream business, she was appointed Director of Investor Relations in 2008. During her time at the helm of this division, Repsol received various international awards for its management of investor relations.

From 2013 to 2015 and as Corporate Director of Finance, María Victoria Zingoni was responsible for the Company's financial development and control, as well as the management and control of financial risk. In February 2014, she oversaw the sale to investors of bonds issued by the Argentine government as compensation for the renationalization of YPF. In January 2015, due to her profile and extensive expertise in the business, she was tapped to coordinate the project to integrate the Canadian company, Talisman.

John joined Adobe through its acquisition of Omniture in 2009, where he served as executive vice president of marketing, driving all marketing efforts to strategically advance the industry’s largest standalone web analytics business. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Bill Carr

Bill Carr joined Amazon in 1999 and spent more than 15 years with the company. As Vice President of Digital Media, Bill launched and managed the company's global digital music and video businesses, including Amazon Music, Prime Video, and Amazon Studios. After Amazon, Bill was an Executive In Residence with Maveron, LLC, an early-stage, consumer-only venture capital firm. Bill later served as the Chief Operating Officer of OfferUp, the largest mobile marketplace for local buyers and sellers in the U.S. Today Bill is co-founder of Working Backwards LLC where he coaches executives at both large and early-stage companies on how to implement the management practices developed at Amazon.

Colin Bryar

Colin Bryar joined Amazon in 1998 — four years after its founding — and spent the next 12 years as part of Amazon's senior leadership team as Amazon grew from a domestic (US-only) seller of books to a global, multi-dimensional powerhouse and innovator. Colin served as a Vice President at Amazon, and for two of his years was "Chief of Staff" to Jeff Bezos, AKA "Jeff's shadow", during which he spent each day attending meetings, traveling with, and discussing business and life with Jeff. After Amazon, he and his family relocated to Singapore for two years where Colin served as Chief Operating Officer of e-commerce company RedMart, which was subsequently sold to Alibaba.
