He has developed and led his client’s digital portfolio of initiatives, leading teams to execute multiple digital projects in an agile manner.
For multiple clients across 8 industries, Vijay has led end to end transformation programs that were focussed on driving higher engagement across customer, employees and partners with a goal to drive higher NPS scores, lower effort scores and reduce churn.
At our firm, Vijay leads the experience Management practice in the Americas that focusses on Employee, Customer brand and product experience innovations. This team brings together the key skills around digital transformation and product management to design the strategy and execute the targeted employee and customer experience programs through product management disciplines and agile development.
