Stuart Appley is a Managing Director in CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Group. He currently leads the Global Tech, Data & Innovation team dedicated to a leading technology firm in Silicon Valley. In this role, Stuart leads and promotes digital initiatives across CBRE’s business lines, championing and leading various data, AI, IOT, smart building, XR, blockchain and other innovation initiatives.
Stuart was previously the CIO at Shorenstein Realty Services, a leading national Commercial Real Estate company. He serves on several advisory boards for emerging technology companies and he speaks often on innovation and leveraging technology. Stuart is a Constellation BT150 recipient.
