Michele Salle is the Chief Experience Officer for Mobeus responsible for building and shaping the customer and employee experience for this early stage start up.  She is focused on creating a company culture that permeates across customers and employees that enable both to thrive, grow,  and do their best work.

Michele is an accomplished executive and brings over 30 years of talent and operational leadership to Mobeus.  She is passionate about people and technology and has a track record of building effective teams to advance the vision, mission and purpose of the businesses and clients she has worked with.  Michele joins Mobeus from Dentsu where she served as the Chief People Officer, prior to that she was a Partner with Accenture in a variety of roles across Strategy, Consulting and Talent spanning over 25 years. 

Michele has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.  She enjoys running, gardening, and spending time in the Dominican Republic supporting local programs focused on bringing hope and opportunity to vulnerable men, women and children. 

Michele and her husband Brice reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
