Jeremy spent the last decade constructing, coaching, and cultivating customer success teams across Silicon Valley startups ranging from Series A to Series E, empowering revenue retaining and generating teams to thrive in front of customers and internal leadership teams.

Previously, Jeremy was an early employee at Iterable, a $2B Silicon Valley unicorn that powers unified customer experiences and empowers brands to create, optimize and measure every interaction across the entire customer journey. Jeremy was a founding CS member and helped take them from under $2M ARR to over $100M ARR and 1000+ successful clients.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems (SymSys) from Stanford University.
