Charlie Isaacs has a track record of R&D leadership, starting with Verizon, where he served as VP of Engineering and headed a group of over 200 engineers working on Government and commercial applications.
Charlie built the world’s first Customer Service in the Cloud offerings at companies like Broad Daylight (Oracle) and KANA (Verint.) Charlie joined Salesforce in 2012 running Service Cloud Strategy, and evolved into his role as CTO for Customer Connection. Charlie evangelizes and incubates new IoT, Web3 and Digital Twin projects and builds POC’s and Workshops for customers.
Charlie holds over a dozen patents with many others pending.
