Robert Michlewicz joined Trintech in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience working with public and private companies in managing corporate reporting and compliance requirements. As Chief Strategy Officer, he is responsible for the formation of global partnerships and strategic alliances that support client’s financial operations transformation in the context of their broader digital transformation initiatives.
Michlewicz is an authority in the areas of financial operations management and his experience includes assisting the SEC with the establishment of its initial online filing efforts and working with global companies in managing new and evolving regulatory requirements.
His previous leadership experience includes serving as President, of a $200m division of Bowne & Co.(formerly NYSE: BNE), President of Chas. P Young Co. (Division of Formerly NYSE: CGX) and SVP, Director of Business Development Capital Markets & Compliance at RR Donnelley (NYSE: RRD)
