Prasad is Vice President of Digital Work Experience at Google. Digital work products shape our experience of work. Prasad’s focus is on making the experience of digital work productive, sustainable, healthy and inclusive for Google Workspace's billions of users.

Prasad began his Google journey in 2007 in People Operations and led several global functions including people analytics, benefits, compensation and performance management. He pioneered a data-driven approach to people decisions, and tailored innovative rewards, recognition and well-being programs to help Google’s workforce grow ten-fold during his tenure in human resources.

Prior to joining Google, Prasad was vice president of workforce analytics at Capital One. Earlier, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company.

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar. He also has a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from IIT, Chennai, India.

Prasad is on the advisory board for executive education at Wharton. As a lecturer at Stanford’s graduate school of business, he co-teaches a course along with Prof Huggy Rao and Michael Ross on trends shaping the world of work.
