Michael Skaff is the Chief Information Officer for the Jewish Senior Living Group, which serves and supports the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living, Moldaw Residences and the Jewish Home & Senior Living Foundation. The Jewish Senior Living Group builds on the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living’s 150-year history of compassion and innovation with new environments, programs, and services that reflect the needs and opportunities of older adults today. Previously, Skaff was the Chief Operating Officer for the Masons of California, a 150+ year old healthcare and membership organization that runs long-term and post-acute care, integrated mental health, residential services and in-home services around California.

Earlier in his career, Skaff was the CIO of LesConcierges, where he led customer-facing technology product strategy and operations, including Product Development, Professional Services and Reporting and IT. The company helped drive ultra-high net worth cardholder loyalty for the world’s largest financial institutions before ultimately being acquired by AccorHotels, the world’s fifth-largest hotel group. He also served for over four years as the CIO of the venerable San Francisco Symphony, and ran Technical Services at Bare Escentuals, Inc., a $2.4 billion public cosmetics company that was acquired by Shiseido.

Skaff also serves as an advisor to technology, media and venture capital firms, and has been a guest lecturer at San Francisco State’s business school. He was named one of the Top Social CIOs on Twitter for four years in a row by the Huffington Post, and one of the Top 20 Most Innovative Mid-Market CIOs by CRN, and was nominated to the Business Transformation 150 by Constellation Research.
