Mike is a reformed enterprise software executive passionate about personalization and interaction optimization. He wants to disrupt traditional customer interfaces by combining deliberate design, ever richer context and intent detection and AI-guided engagement. Mike previously served as Chief Growth/Marketing Officer for Coveo, RichRelevance, as well as an executive at enterprise players Oracle/PeopleSoft, Amdocs, as well as executive/founder at multiple VC and PE backed growth companies.

Over 20 years, Mike has built both traditional enterprise and product led businesses, integrated marketing and sales organizations, and established ecosystems that span customer data, engagement technologies, AI-driven prediction and decision optimization, and commerce markets.

Mike earned his Engineering degree from MIT, Engineerings Masters from Stanford, and MBA from the Harvard Business School.
