Fernando Mattoso Lemos is the Vice President of Technology and Digital Business at Natura, a cosmetics company. As a member of the Executive Committee, Fernando is responsible for maintaining the evolution of the company's digital strategy, boosting business in all countries, and seeking new digital services that generate value for Natura's business model.
The executive takes office after working at Oracle for about 10 years. His most recent position at the company was Vice President of Innovation, Digital Transformation and Cloud for Latin America.
