Stuart Appley is a Managing Director in CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Group. In this role, Stuart leads and promotes new digital, mobile, AI, IOT, blockchain and other innovation projects in support of client satisfaction and growth opportunities. Stuart is also responsible for providing executive technology oversight and consulting to current and potential clients.
Stuart was previously the Chief Information Officer at Shorenstein Realty Services, a leading national Commercial Real Estate Investment and Operating company. He serves on several advisory boards for emerging technology companies, industry organizations, and VC’s, and he speaks often on innovation and leveraging technology in the CRE industry. Stuart is a Constellation Business Transformation Leader 150 recipient, along with a Realcomm Digital Innovation Award recipient.
