I am a Customer Experience Professional with over ten years’ experience.
So far, I have achieved customer service objectives by contributing to dialogues that drive the service agenda across diverse teams, strategic planning and execution, driving staff productivity, service leadership and implementing change.  My main objective is to ensure seamless experience across multiple channels and to deliver a memorable customer experience in line with our corporate objectives.  One of my most exciting achievements is in leading the service transformation agenda at Kenya Revenue Authority that has led to radical structural changes in the institution to drive customer centricity.
