Inhi Cho Suh is currently the General Manager of Watson Customer Engagement. Inhi is responsible for driving a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of SaaS and premise-based digital experience, marketing, order management and supply chain solutions, and infusing AI, machine learning and analytics capabilities into the products. Previously, Inhi was the GM for IBM Collaboration Solutions where she was responsible for launching the first AI-enabled conversational collaboration solutions to market while running IBM’s billion-dollar email and collaboration business. Prior to ICS, Inhi was the head of IBM Analytics Strategy & Business Development responsible for $18B+ Revenue. The portfolio includes a range of software, services, and solutions spanning big data analytics to cognitive, internet of things, and social content collaboration. Inhi was responsible for the portfolio strategy, revenue growth, capital investment, and M&A globally. She led the recent strategic partnerships with Twitter, Box and acquisition of The Weather Company. Inhi co-chairs IBM’s Global Women Diversity Initiative across the company’s nearly 400,000 employees. She was recognized in 2017 by both Aragon Research for top Women in Technology and the California Professional Business Women’s Association for Industry leadership. Inhi was featured as one of the top IBM rock stars by BusinessInsider News in 2015. She is a TEDTalk speaker and shared a vision of transforming health care with advanced analytics in 2014. She was named one of the top 10 most influential women in Big Data Tech for 2013 & 2014. Inhi was featured on the cover of Working Mother Magazine as one of the youngest VP’s at IBM in 2009. Inhi received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, History and Women’s Studies from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
