Sloane Lucas currently serves as Senior Director, ESG & CSR, for 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. In her role, she leads Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and DE&I initiatives across the company’s family of storied brands, which include 1-800-Flowers.com, Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies, and Personalization Mall, among others.

Prior to joining 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. in August of 2020, Sloane led strategic development and execution of national, regional, and local philanthropy-related programs and initiatives, including ESG, CSR, DE&I, and sustainability communications, for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. While there she also served as Executive Director of both The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Foundation and Cracker Barrel Cares, an employee crisis relief fund.

She joined Cracker Barrel from Unilever, one of the world’s leading suppliers of food, home, and personal care products, where she oversaw employee engagement for the North American market. During that time, she led a comprehensive strategy designed to deepen corporate activity and enhance employee pride around philanthropic partnerships, corporate sustainability efforts, DE&I activity, cause marketing initiatives, and community relations activities, with a focus on both corporate/HQ employees and frontline employees at factories across the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Unilever, she spent seven years overseeing corporate philanthropy for Toys"R"Us, Inc. While there she drove cause marketing and philanthropic programs across 850+ Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”U retail stores. She also served as an executive director of both the $10+ million Toys“R”Us Children’s Fund, supporting numerous national and international charitable entities, and the Geoffrey Fund, a charity created to help fellow team members in times of crisis.

She has served as a guest speaker and panelist for a variety of organizations, including Engage for Good, the Support Center for Nonprofit Management, Seton Hall's Stillman School of Business, Montclair State's Graduate School of Communication Studies, and Disability Matters. She also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership, with a focus on Governance, Financial Stability, and Mission Impact, from the Center for Nonprofit Management. She currently sits on the Board of the Community Resource Center, a Nashville-based nonprofit.
