Misha joined EQT in 2018 as Managing Director and Head of IT Strategy. In his role, he is advising the EQT's investment teams and portfolio companies on digital transformation.
Previously, he was Group Vice President of Cloud Customer Success at Oracle, where he helped lead the company's transition to cloud and directly oversaw product adoption, customer retention and growth of the Oracle's infrastructure, platform, analytics and hybrid cloud businesses in North America. Prior to Oracle, Misha served in various senior executive roles at Lithium Technologies (a cloud software company, eventually acquired by Vista Equity Partners), including Chief Information Officer, Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Business Development. During his tenure, Lithium grew its revenue 6x and scaled its digital platform to support over 100 million monthly users. Misha also has over 20 years of experience developing, scaling and advising venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley.
