Tammy joined Valley Vision in 2014 and serves as project leader and portfolio manager for the 21st Century Workforce and broadband initiatives. Tammy brings to Valley Vision a breadth of skills and experience ranging from policy analysis and advocacy to business management, analysis and operations, and communications, marketing and program management.
Before joining Valley Vision, Tammy held roles in the public sector as a strategic planner for the Sacramento Municipal Utilities District (SMUD) and as a program analyst for the Strategic Growth Council with the State of California. Her private sector experience includes nearly two decades in the Silicon Valley information and communications technology industry where she held positions with Convergent Technologies, Unisys Corporation and Sun Microsystems. A success story of the California Community College system, Tammy moved to the Silicon Valley after high school and worked her way through college as a young professional.
