Julian Wong is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the energy and clean technology practice. He primarily advises emerging and growth-stage energy and clean technology companies in matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, private equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Julian was a policy advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and a senior climate policy analyst at the Center for American Progress, a Washington, D.C.-based policy think tank. Julian began his legal career as a corporate attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York and Hong Kong.
