Third Cloud Based Vendor Certified As “Epic” For Constellation CosmosTM Cloud Buyer’s Bill of Rights Evaluations

San Francisco, CA– July 3, 2013 Constellation Research, Inc. the research and advisory firm focused on how businesses can be transformed by disruptive technologies today announced the publication of “Cloud Buyer’s Bill of Rights: SaaS Apps – Ultimate Software” by R “Ray” Wang, Principal Analyst and CEO, Constellation Research.
