Ron Guerrier is a 4-time Fortune 500 CIO at Toyota Financial, Farmers Insurance, Express Scripts, HP Inc. and former Illinois Secretary of Innovation & Technology. He has a proven track record of transforming global organizations through artificial intelligence, digital governance, and enterprise-scale technology modernization.
Currently, Guerrier serves as Chief Technology Officer at Save the Children U.S., Chair of the AI Governance Committee, Board Director at SustainableIT.org, and a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Southern California (USC) focused on AI Governance and Change Management exploring a Hippocratic Oath to responsible AI.
In 2022, Guerrier was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame, selected by past inductees, media, and current peers. Most recently, he was a featured speaker at the 2025 World Economic Forum in Davos & London Climate Action Week where he addressed global leaders on responsible IT and the future of sustainable, inclusive innovation.
