Sudhir Jha is the Founder and CEO of Golconda AI, an Enterprise AI solutions & services company to transform financial crime, risk and compliance operations using Generative and Agentic AI. Previously, he was Mastercard Executive Vice President and Head of Brighterion dedicated to building Al solutions for fraud and risk management for payment service providers, financial institutions, healthcare payers and merchants. Prior to joining Mastercard he was Senior Vice President at Infosys Limited, where he led their AI Platform and Solutions business. During his tenure, Sudhir drove the development and growth of Infosys Nia, an industry-leading enterprise AI platform, establishing Infosys as a leader in AI-driven business transformation solutions for Global 2000 companies. Before Infosys, Sudhir spent more than nine years at Google leading policy enforcement for Google’s multi-billion dollar Personalized Ads and heading financial fraud management across all Google products. Sudhir holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from IIT Kanpur, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
